A Recipe for Christmas

Caitlin is NOT going home for the holidays. She’s moved far away partly to avoid her mother’s annual gathering of weird family and lonely strays. Now as a stray ginger cat forces its way into her basement flat, she also discovers, to her disappointment, that her only present from her Mom is a recipe. But the memories unleashed by the ingredients, reveal that maybe Caitlin has more ties to home than she’d like to think. A monologue for a young Ms. Scrooge.
